Video App Settings

Most video call apps allow you to select your camera and HD resolution settings. Here are the settings for the most common video calling apps:

Zoom

  1. Start a Zoom meeting, click the  arrow next to the video camera icon.
  2. Select the iContact Camera Pro.
  3. Next, Select video settings and click Original ratio, HD, and Mirror my video.
  4. Verify you selected the correct camera through the image displayed in the preview window.

Google Meet

  1. Start a Google meeting.
  2. Select the more options (three vertical dots) at the bottom, then Settings.
  3. Select the iContact Camera Pro.
  4. Set send and receive resolution to 720p.
  5. Verify you selected the correct camera through the image displayed in the preview window.

MS teams

  1. Open MS Teams and select Default Settings next to your profile picture at the top.
  2. Under Camera, select the iContact Camera.
  3. Verify you selected the correct camera through the image displayed in the preview window.

GoToMeeting

  1. Open GoToMeeting and right click on the GoToMeeting icon in your system tray.
  2. Select System Preferences > Webcam and the iContact Camera.
  3. Verify you selected the correct camera through the image displayed in the preview window.
