Refund Process
Once you've returned the iContact Camera using our shipping label, please wait 4-5 business days for the device to be shipped back to our warehouse! When we receive the returned device, it will be thoroughly checked by the Returns team first. Once checked, your refund will be credited back to your account in 1-2 business days, depending on how fast your bank processes it.
