We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. In most cases, domestic orders will ship within 2 business days. International orders may take longer to be processed.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. This email will include a tracking number and a link so you can track its progress. If you have your order number, you may also use our Tracking Page to track your shipment.
- Your tracking number may not reflect shipping updates to your package for up to 24-48 hours. This is usually because of the delay between the carrier receiving the order and them scanning it into their system. This delay is usually prolonged when the carrier receives the package at the end of the business day.
- Domestic orders typically take 4-5 business days to be delivered, but international orders can take up to 13-17 days.
