Order Confirmation

Firstly, make sure that your order was placed successfully. Look for a confirmation email from iContact Camera. If you cannot find a confirmation email, try the following steps:

  • Confirm that you are looking through the same email address you gave us when you placed your order
  • Check your spam, junk, marketing, or promotions folders.
  • If you still cannot find the confirmation email, reach out to our customer support team so they can help you find your order.

Tracking your Order

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. In most cases, domestic orders will ship within 2 business days. International orders may take longer to be processed. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. This email will include a tracking number and a link so you can track its progress. If you have your order number and email, you may also use our Tracking Page to track your shipment.
